Aromaflex is a treatment which combines Reflexology with Aromatherapy. This is a wonderful treatment which provides a treat for all of the senses!
Essential oils and plant essences are complementary to the Reflexology treatment giving a more thorough holistic approach. Using essential oils, I can work more thoroughly on the unique goals of each client for their overall well-being.
Oils can be added to enhance the overall goals of the reflexology treatment. The energy and plant essences of these beautiful oils have individual properties which promote deep healing and well-being.
Oils and plant essences can be used to enhance relaxation, relief of aches and pains, hormonal balance, support through pregnancy, immunity support, or a combination of these.
What should I expect from a treatment?
A full consultation will be given to establish the main aims of the treatment. I will use this information in order to mix a unique blend to be used to enhance and compliment the Reflexology treatment.
Aromatherapy oils can be added to any Reflexology treatment on my menu for an extra £5.
I would highly recommend to combine this treatment with Hot Stone Reflexology for an amazing pampering experience. The comforting heat from the stones has the added effect of helping the oils soak deeper into the skin, leaving you feeling luxuriant and relaxed.
